With reference to the purposes under no. 1 and no. 3 of the previous paragraph, the legal basis of the processing is the performance of the services provided through the Site and the ‘Logli SG’ application requested by the User (pursuant to art. 6. co. I. lett b of the Regulation)

With reference to the purposes under no. 2 of the previous paragraph, the legal basis of the processing is the performance of a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject (pursuant to art. 6, co 1, lett. e of the Regulation)

3.            DATA PROCESSING AND STORAGE METHODS

The Data Controller will process the personal data collected in anonymous form by means of computerized tools, with logics strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data. The data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to pursue the purposes for which they were collected. It is, in any case, understood that in the event of an objection to the processing, the data will be terminated.

4.            CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED

The processing carried out by the Data Controller, both for the execution of the services offered and on the basis of the express consent of the Customer/User concerned, in addition to not concerning personal data, will also not concern, in general, special categories of personal data recognized as sensitive (data capable of revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions. religious beliefs. state of health or sexual orientation, etc.), or genetic and biometric data or so-called judicial data (relating to criminal convictions and offenses).

The Data Controller, with reference to navigation of the Site and interaction with the “Logli SG” application, will process so-called navigation data. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the websites acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected in order to be associated with identified subjects, but by its very nature, could allow the identification of the interested party.
